Processing time
Orders placed before 2pm ET ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day. You'll receive an email with tracking once your order ships.

Areas we don't ship to
We currently ship only to the 48 contiguous US states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.
Lost or stolen packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If you still can't find it, email hello@snacknest.com within 7 days of the delivery scan.
Damaged shipments
If your order arrives damaged, photograph the box, label, and product within 24 hours of delivery and email hello@snacknest.com. We'll replace it or refund you.
