Return & Refund Policy (DRAFT — paste into Settings → Policies)

Paste this content into Shopify admin → Settings → Policies → Return and refund policy.

30-day window

Unopened, non-perishable items in original packaging are returnable within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price (shipping is non-refundable).

Items we can't accept back

  • Opened food, beverages, supplements, or any consumable.
  • Opened personal care products (skincare, haircare, oral care, fragrance).
  • Items marked Final Sale or Last Chance.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Damaged or incorrect items

Always covered. Email hello@snacknest.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll send a replacement or refund—your choice.

How to return

  1. Email hello@snacknest.com with your order number and the items you want to return.
  2. We'll send a prepaid return label (return shipping deducted from refund) or instructions if free return shipping applies.
  3. Ship within 14 days of receiving the label.
  4. Refund posts to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of arrival.
