30-day window
Unopened, non-perishable items in original packaging are returnable within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price (shipping is non-refundable).
Items we can't accept back
- Opened food, beverages, supplements, or any consumable.
- Opened personal care products (skincare, haircare, oral care, fragrance).
- Items marked Final Sale or Last Chance.
- Gift cards.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Damaged or incorrect items
Always covered. Email hello@snacknest.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll send a replacement or refund—your choice.
How to return
- Email hello@snacknest.com with your order number and the items you want to return.
- We'll send a prepaid return label (return shipping deducted from refund) or instructions if free return shipping applies.
- Ship within 14 days of receiving the label.
- Refund posts to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of arrival.
