Shipping

Where do you ship?
We ship anywhere in the contiguous United States. We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO, or international addresses.

How fast?
Orders ship within 1 business day. Standard US delivery is 3–7 business days via USPS or UPS Ground. Expedited is available at checkout.

How much is shipping?
Flat $6.95 standard shipping, free on US orders $49+.

Returns

What's your return policy?
Unopened, non-perishable items are returnable within 30 days. Opened food, supplements, and personal care are not returnable for safety reasons. Damaged or incorrect items are always replaced free—email us within 7 days.

Products and sourcing

Are you the manufacturer?
No. We are an independent US retailer. All brand names belong to their owners.

Are products authentic?
Yes. Everything we sell is sourced from authorized distributors and the manufacturer where available. We do not sell counterfeit, expired, or recalled products.

Is everything organic / non-GMO / gluten-free?
Only products that carry the certification on the label. Use our filters to find them.

Account and orders

Do I need an account?
No—guest checkout is available. Accounts let you save addresses, see order history, and manage subscriptions.

Can I cancel or change an order?
If the order hasn't shipped, yes—email hello@snacknest.com with your order number. Once it ships, we'll handle it as a return.
